December 2021¶
Too-good-to-be-true on the 8th December¶
- I had planned a trip to Egypt in December for Christmas but my flat in Lourdes (I had just moved apartments that October to a bigger one in the same complex) had a serious and intolerable bedbug problem.
- It was about three weeks before I was due to leave for Egypt (I like climbing the mountain there… anyway).
- The trumpet teacher guy had been in and out of this apartment regularly before I moved into it and discovered it had a horrific bedbug problem.
- I couldn’t understand how he had put up with it, at the time!
- I changed all my plans and spent most of December in Dénia instead.
- I stayed at two hotels and logged into their networks.
- I was working for ConsenSys at the time and I started to have romantic feelings about the CEO Joseph Lubin while I was working from the Hotel Port Dénia.
- I had been doing a lot of apartment searches since August and had found nothing at all.
- On December 8th, however, a very significant day for me spiritually (the Feast of the Immaculate Conception), while I was in Dénia, an apartment came up for rent which was perfect; too good to be true even.
- Carrer Furs 15, Bloque 1 Escalera 2 Piso 3 Apartamento 17, Dénia 03700 Alicante.
- I contacted the landlady, Beatriz Garcia Morales, viewed the property and signed the agreement.
- Beatriz and her husband run a local architects company: QB arquitectos.
- The landlady, Beatriz, was angry with me, and disagreeable.
- I told her I’d one day be interested in her building me a beautiful house on the Montgo and she looked at me like I was insane.
- I thought: what a weird woman.
- She barked at me when I said; I hope I’m not going to regret this, as I signed the lease, having reservations based on her demeanor.
- Hackers mentioned her grumpy demeanor online to me over the summer in 2024 in an, as usual, derogatory manner.
- Was she angry about having to essentially be involved in murdering a woman? Had it happened before in her apartment? What happened to the previous tenant, the nurse from Dénia hospital she was constantly talking about? Are all the properties her company is involved with fitted with high-res spy-cam systems streaming directly onto porn-networks?
- I signed the rental contract and moved in on December 15th.
Death clause¶
- There is a clause in the rental contract about what happens if I were to die in the flat prior to termination of the lease.
- It appears to relieve the owner of all indemnity enforced by Spanish law.
- For a contract with an initial term of 1 year, this seems a little strange, sinister even.
- I have never seen a clause like that in a rental contract before and I have read a great many.
- Did someone get caught up in a legal situation previously in a case of a targeted person who did not have a clause like this in their rental contract, and was murdered?
- Click to read the death clause in my rental contract.
Keys¶
- She only gave me one key, of a set of four, and there was a bit of a drama about where the other keys were which seemed contrived.
- I didn’t trust Beatriz Garcia Morales and, from her weird behavior and manner, I felt it likely she would enter my apartment without my knowledge.
- A few days later I suspected someone had been in without my knowledge.
- I got the locks changed soon after by a British locksmith Carl Barclay.
- Even so, I believe people were entering my house whenever I was not there on a regular basis the whole time I lived there. It’s not clear how they gained entry after I changed the locks. I guess that would be a simple matter for a criminal gang.
Rent¶
- The landlady changed the account I paid rent to twice in three years.
- I paid rent to three different accounts in three year’s of tenancy.
-
I didn’t believe all these accounts were hers, initially, and suspected Lopez Cano skullduggery, I even thought Paqui Fornet might be cashing in on the local sedated sex slave.
- ES7320950444909122412071 - ES1201280601880100047345 - ES6800865106190015755620 -
Now I wonder if Bea was money laundering for the gangs.
Bea’s parents’ apartment¶
- Bea’s dad was a Spanish naval officer, apparently.
- I have his mobile number on WhatsApp on my very hacked phone that I don’t use anymore, the one I’m saving for law enforcement (eyes-cast-down).
- He’s wearing a naval uniform on his WhatsApp profile.
- They lived at another apartment in the complex, here:

- They met me and showed me the apartment initially.
- They were available at their apartment for about two weeks after I moved in.
- I never saw them again in the complex.
- I don’t believe that’s their apartment.
- They did not want to tell me where their main home was and side-stepped my question when I asked them.
- Were they involved so that I would feel safer and more secure about the whole thing?
- Without them, Bea’s anger might have been too off-putting for me.
Bea’s husband on moving in day¶
- On moving in day, 15th December, Bea, her parents, and her husband turned up.
- They parked in the garage and I saw Bea bark at her husband to stay in the car and he did as he was told.
- I never met him.
- Was she making sure he didn’t see me and get a taste for the ole sedated-sex-slave scam that they all knew was about to start up again?
Something not right with the air-conditioning unit¶
- I quickly noticed that the heating was sub-optimal, it didn’t seem to have power and it never heated the rooms up properly.
- When I tried the cold setting, it was working very well and indeed in summer the cold setting was great.
- I complained to Beatrice, and her mum and dad (the sailor), who had met me and shown me the property initially.
- By the way, her mum and dad had apparently been living in an apartment in the same complex in the other building but I never saw them again in the building after moving in.
- Could they have been more actors brought in to make me feel better about the place given Bea was so unbelievably unpleasant and angry about something?
- I also mentioned the air to Pedro the caretaker.
- Bea was very annoyed about this, and sent me the invoice on WhatsApp for the completely new unit she had just put in just the year before; she (someone) had indeed paid something like 1600 euros for the installation.
- Remember. The bathwater was running brown in this flat, the boiler eventually nearly blows up a year later, and the appliances were ancient.
- The fridge looked to be about thirty years old.
- The cooker didn’t work either and had to be replaced.
- There were what seemed like decades of crap in the kitchen cupboards that I removed.
- Also, I could smell my neighbors smoke in my bedroom and I complained about that too.
- I blocked up the air conditioning vent because of it.
- Anyway, it was cold and it was winter time.
- Bea sends the air-conditioning people to have a look.
- They’re angry too.
- A man comes with a boy.
- He has a two-minute look, literally presses a button or two, says nothing’s wrong, and leaves.
- They were from a big company in the area with labeled vans, I will remember the name because it is the surname of a 5-year-old boy I taught English to in 2009, Pepe Llacer, who seemed to have an extremely disorganized attachment style. Actually, I believe his parents ran a plumbing firm.
- I try to find someone else to help, but they won’t do it as the new unit will be under guarantee.
- In any case, the door to the buildings storage rooms and outside air conditioning units is locked, and they have not given me a key.
Semen stains on the sofa¶
- When I moved in, the flat didn’t seem to have been lived in properly for a while.
- The water ran brown in the bathtub.
- The boiler was so old it broke down a year later and had to be replaced.
- There was untold rubbish in the kitchen cupboards which I cleaned out.
- The appliances and furniture were ancient.
- However, the air-conditioning system was brand new and had just been replaced the year before at considerable expense.
- There were semen stains on the sofa.
- At the time, I thought the semen stains were because the apartment had probably been used as an AirBNB type property and the visitors may have been on romantic weekends. It was disgusting though and I cleaned it off.
- Thinking back, it’s possible the semen stains were NOT THERE on the day I moved in and only appeared a few days later, the time I noticed them!
- The landlady Beatriz, her (apparent) parents, the caretaker at the time Pedro, and my elderly neighbor Marie Carmen at number 16 kept telling me about the last tenant; a woman, a nurse, who rented the flat just before me and ran away one night without saying why.
- They feigned surprise about it but kept on mentioning it sort of obsessively.
- She was a nurse at the Dénia hospital and may have been called Sonia Ortiz.
Fake accounts referring to nurses
- Cyber-stalkers posted a lot of references to nurses via fake accounts on X.
- I saw countless women in fake account pics dressed up as nurses and in poses which are clearly going to be pornographic and often without the knowledge of the woman.
- The nurse uniform they wear is always the same weird pink design; as if there’s a warehouse somewhere sending these uniforms out to women tricked by porn-gangs into thinking they have a normal boyfriend.
- The following fake account came up in my mentions sometime in the summer of 2023 and I later saw the woman below in a pink nurse’s outfit.

- Note the threatening statement, a common characteristic of the cyber-stalking I have been enduring since June 2023.

- The message very much suggests the gangs deal with women who end up dead that no-one cares about.
- At the time, I could not comprehend a level of evil like this as part of my normal day-to-day world.
- Fake accounts like this have a significant name, or specific messages in the profile itself, or in the top few posts below the profile.
- I wondered if the nurse left hurriedly because she realized she was being drugged and related it to something in the apartment?
- The email address of the previous tenant may be
[email protected]because that was the email address on the the Aqualia water bills. However, even that could be a fake address as criminal porn-gangs have infiltrated every system in the country of Spain. - More recently, I was informed about what happened to the nurse, and why she left my apartment so hurriedly.
The nurse wakes up with condoms all over the bed and one inside her¶
- The nurse from the Dénia hospital who had lived in my flat in Carrer Furs before I moved in, was also lured there to star in sedated spy-cam porn.
- She was probably an outsider, maybe from Madrid.
- She would have definitely been single, with no decent man around and without immediate help.
- I was told that the gang had needed her to leave quickly as I was coming to spend Christmas in the town and they were itching to begin the drugging preparation for the conservatory switcheroo porn which can take some time.
- To make sure she left hurriedly, they sedated her after she went to bed, as usual, through the customized air-conditioning vents, and a group broke into the apartment to rape her while live-streaming online, as usual.
- Except this time, they didn’t clean up after themselves.
- Instead, they left the six or seven used condoms on the bed, with one still inside her.
- When she woke up, well.. you can imagine.
- She reported this to the police. And was ignored.
- Her “waking up in terror” live-stream episode was an enormous success on the porn networks.
- Had I bumped into this woman on the Las Marinas beach on my holiday that July, a nurse not long arrived in the area from Madrid?
Christmas¶
Chinese¶
- Christine invites me for a Chinese on Christmas Day. A bunch of the expats are there.
- They invite me to go walking with them every weekend. I’m delighted.
- Patricia is there with a black curly-haired younger man in a kaftan. I wonder if it is her husband.
- She’s keen I join the choir she’s a member of that meet once a week but I’m not ready for that level of social activity.
- A couple of the expat-Anglophones offer me available apartments they own, or they are looking after as power of attorney, and they suggest I might like to buy them.
Feeling unwell¶
- While I’m in my new apartment, I start to feel unwell.
- I vomit on a few occasions after a couple of glasses of wine. I also feel extremely woozy after drinking wine in my apartment.
- Nothing has changed in my drinking patterns and I have not vomited after alcohol in many many years.
- This is the beginning of a pattern of unwellness related to something in my new apartment in Carrer Furs 15, Dénia.
- I don’t suspect anything.
Back to France¶
- I return to Lourdes at the end of December to finalize the flat there and move to Spain.
